Program Name: Empire Property Management Work Order & Maintenance Notifications
Program Description: Empire Property Management sends SMS text messages to service technicians and tenants for the sole purpose of communicating work order assignments, maintenance request updates, scheduling confirmations, and completion notices. These are operational messages only — no marketing or promotional content.
How You Opt In: You provide your explicit consent to receive SMS messages when you:

To Opt Out / Unsubscribe: Reply STOP to any SMS message at any time. After texting STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation: "You have been unsubscribed from Empire Property Management SMS notifications. No further messages will be sent."
To Get Help: Reply HELP to any SMS message. You will receive: "Empire Property Management: For help, contact empirepropmgmt@gmail.com or visit epmelite.com. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."
No Marketing or Promotional Messages: Empire Property Management will never send advertising, marketing, or promotional SMS messages. All messages are strictly operational and property-management related.
No Third-Party Sharing: Your phone number and SMS consent will not be shared with or sold to any third party for marketing or other purposes. Phone numbers are used exclusively for Empire Property Management communications.
Supported Carriers: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most major US carriers. Carrier support may vary. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Submitting a maintenance request does not guarantee a specific response time, except in declared emergency situations which will be treated as priority. Empire Property Management reserves the right to determine the appropriate response, timeline, and resolution method for all maintenance issues.

All content, design, and functionality of the epmelite.com website and portals is the property of Empire Property Management. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of our site without written permission.
Empire Property Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for our services in the preceding 12 months.
